The project involved a full-scale renovation of the original Tony’s Pizza building to create Flamingo Coast, an exciting multi-concept dining destination. The reimagined space now features three distinct food and beverage experiences: the Sandwich Café & Daiquiri Bar, a casual spot for fresh bites and handcrafted cocktails; The Vault Speakeasy, an intimate, Prohibition-inspired lounge; and the Laguna Rooftop Lounge, offering elevated coastal views and a vibrant atmosphere for guests to unwind. In a thoughtful nod to the property’s history, the new owner honored the legacy of Tony’s Pizza by incorporating a brand-new pizza shop at the boardwalk level, ensuring the beloved tradition remains part of the building’s story. The renovation blends modern design with nostalgic elements, creating a dynamic culinary hub that celebrates both innovation and heritage.
