Becker Morgan Group partnered with the owner of Tidal Roots to create a modern open-air market, providing a standout shopping destination along Route 50’s western corridor. The team restored and repurposed an existing metal building into the main garden center and café, thoughtfully blending sleek, contemporary design with vibrant displays and the rustic textures of traditional agricultural structures. A striking tower addition, featuring expansive glass windows and overhead doors, welcomes visitors with abundant natural light and serves as a glowing landmark at night. The outdoor market, framed by two large greenhouses, enhances the site’s layout and flexibility, inviting customers to browse with ease and enjoy an elevated shopping experience across the 6,000-square-foot facility. The result is a warm, sensory-rich environment highlighting seasonal offerings and inviting passersby to pause, explore, and connect with the space.
