Giffear Named NSPE Emerging Leader

Becker Morgan Group Associate and Civil Engineer, Tylershane D. Giffear, PE, has been recognized as a 2025 Emerging Leader by the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE). Each year, NSPE selects a group of individuals from around the country to take part in an intensive, five-month long program designed to equip them as leaders in the engineering field. Participants are selected based on their application and proven track record of leadership potential.

Tyler has been an integral member of our team, having participated in a variety of land development projects over the past seven years. He is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Delaware and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
