Parkview Center Master Plan

Parkview Commercial Center is a commercial redevelopment project located on approximately 7 acres in the unincorporated Clayton area of Johnston County, North Carolina. The project transformed the site into a seven-lot commercial subdivision designed to support future commercial growth and development along the Cleveland Road corridor.

In addition to site planning and subdivision design, the project included necessary off-site transportation improvements to enhance access and maintain traffic operations along Cleveland Road. These improvements consisted of the construction of a left-turn lane and a right-turn deceleration lane serving the development.

Through strategic redevelopment and infrastructure enhancements, Parkview Commercial Center created new opportunities for commercial investment while improving accessibility and supporting continued growth within the surrounding community.
