Nylon Capital Center

The redevelopment of this long-vacant shopping center in the heart of Seaford will transform an underutilized property into a vibrant 23-acre mixed-use town center. Developed by 9SDC, the project will feature approximately 220,000 square feet of commercial space, combining adaptive reuse of existing structures with thoughtfully integrated new construction.
