Bayhealth | Kent General Hospital | Medical Office Building

A 30,000 sf, two-story medical office building with common core area functions, designed for future expansion. The project also included tenant fit-out services for an OB/GYN practice. The site was designed for an additional 17,000 sf Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. Becker Morgan Group provided Architectural, Civil Engineering, Tenant Fit-Out, and Interior Design services for both projects.
