The architectural challenge for this project was to convert two condominium units into one cohesive living space. The five-bedroom, five-bath 4,000 sf residence features a sleek, modern, minimalist design. Focal points include an enclosed floating glazed staircase, a diverse selection of tile flooring, backsplashes, and walls, and a custom glass-enclosed, climate-controlled wine cabinet.
