This 223,000 sf, state-of-the-art facility houses research and development labs, manufacturing space, and corporate offices for Datwyler Sealing Solutions.  The Middletown facility incorporates Good and Lean Manufacturing Practices and features custom process equipment, designated raw material and finished goods warehouses, chemical storage, inspection areas, water treatment, and post-treatment rooms. Corporate office space is located on the northwest side of the building featuring a three-story office facility. The corporate office space includes a two-story atrium lobby, research and development lab, executive office space, seven conference rooms, training center, cafeteria, and fitness center.
