Ocean City Department of Public Works

The 19,381 sf facility, located in the downtown district of Ocean City, Maryland, serves as a storage and maintenance facility for the trams, tractors, and various motorized cleaning equipment. The building also contains office space, restrooms, and a breakroom for the Town’s personnel. The design intent was to create a facility that met the needs of the Public Works Department, while providing a pleasant aesthetic for the beach town’s visitors and residents. This project was delivered as a design-build in partnership with Delmarva Veteran Builders.
