Carter Farm Subdivision

Open space Planned Residential development in Southern New Castle County, south of Bethel Church Rd and west of Choptank Rd.  A Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) project that couples with agricultural preservation for lands also in Southern NCC.  The project includes 624 residential units comprised of single-family, townhouse, and apartment homes, clubhouse facilities, land dedicated to New Castle County for use as a public park, as well as restoration of the existing historic farmhouse on-site (ca. 1780) and its preservation on a dedicated 2 acre +-/ lot.
