37,621 sf, two-story building on a 13.4-acre site for transit fleet operations and maintenance of 59 transit buses and 40 paratransit vans. Project includes fueling facility (two 10,000 gallon tanks) with canopy, as well as a separate natural gas fueling facility, a drive through enclosed bus wash, ten maintenance bays, vehicle lifts, storage, administrative offices, fleet dispatch, driver lounge, training/meeting space, vehicle simulator, as well as parking spaces for 79 cars, ten vans, and 79 full-length buses.
