New Hire Announced

West Virginia University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture, Chad Carter, RLA, ASLA, joins the Dover office as a Landscape Architect. As a Kent County, Delaware native, Carter brings over ten years of Landscape Architecture and Commercial & Residential Land Planning experience to current projects including the new Caesar Rodney Elementary School in Magnolia, DE, the new Harrington Library in Harrington, DE and the Nemours / A.I. Dupont Medical Office Building in Milford, DE.
