Becker Morgan Group Awards Wicomico County Scholarship

Becker Morgan Group is proud to award a $1,000 scholarship to Wicomico County student, Duncan Kihiuria. Duncan graduated from Wicomico High School in May and is enrolled at the University of Maryland where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

After a conversation with a family member several year ago, Duncan decided to explore civil engineering as a profession. In high school he enrolled in Wicomico County’s Computer Assisted Drafting and Design course through Parkside High School’s Career and Technology program. He quickly realized he had found a career path he was passionate about and secured an internship with a local firm to further his knowledge while still in high school.

Becker Morgan Group is proud to support Duncan in his journey to becoming a civil engineer. The firm is committed to the continued development of the next generation of design professionals and is excited to see where Duncan’s future will take him!
