Becker Morgan Group Honored with BALA Silver Award

Becker Morgan Group is proud to announce that our custom residential project, Cape Cod Nod, has received a Silver Award for Best One-of-a-Kind Custom Home (4,001–5,000 sq. ft.) at the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) 2025 Best in American Living™ Awards (BALA). Designed by Senior Associate and Practice Area Leader of our single-family residential studio, Christopher L. Pattey, the home reflects thoughtful planning, a strong design vision, and a collaborative process that brought this coastal residence to life.

Inspired by New England shingle-style traditions and tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle, the design reflects Becker Morgan Group’s distinctive approach to custom residential architecture. The result is a residence that fits seamlessly into its coastal surroundings while offering modern comfort, functionality, and refined detail.
