38 Degrees is a seasonal amenity situated in the coastal community of Bayside. The facility features a full-service restaurant, pool house, and bar. Guests enjoy beach and deck seating overlooking the Assawoman Bay and Ocean City Skyline. Adjacent to the pool house is an outdoor fun pool, heated spa, and pool deck. The pool house building includes locker rooms, a lifeguard office, commercial kitchen, and storage areas. The entire facility was designed for longevity, choosing coastal materials that will withstand the harsh coastal elements.
