Becker Morgan Group provided survey, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services for Bayhealth’s Route 9 Medical Office Building. The 48,500 sf building sits on 18.3 acres of land, for which our team designed and prepared site and utility plan construction documents. Our civil engineers designed significant infrastructure for the site buildout, including stormwater management facilities, an on-site sanitary pumping station, State maintained entrance, parking, utilities, and landscaping. Our team ushered the client through the Transportation Infrastructure Investment Fund (TIIF) process, helping to secure almost $1M of transportation infrastructure funding from the Department of Transportation (DelDOT).
