Bayside Renovation

A transformative interior and exterior makeover to a canal-front home in Ocean City, Maryland. Additions and renovations were made to the entire house, including updating the outdated exterior into a coastal traditional shingled cottage, with custom shutters and inviting copper gas lanterns. The home’s first floor was completely reworked; the floor plan was rearranged to create a more cohesive space while updating the kitchen, dining, and family room. Flipping the kitchen and living areas created a more cohesive flow through the home, inviting guests to enjoy the updated patio and outdoor entertainment spaces via new wraparound verandas with views of the water. A master suite addition and reconfiguration of the upstairs living spaces created seven bedrooms for family and guests. An observatory tower addition expands the house further and allows panoramic enjoyment of the ocean and bay views.
