The 85-acre Akridge Scout Reservation campus is the headquarters for the Boy Scouts of America Del-Mar-Va Council, serving the entire Delmarva Peninsula. The Scout Camp features an administration building, outdoor camping sites, activity lodges, and a host of other recreational facilities including outdoor archery, a swimming pool, a large boating and recreational pond, nature education center, multiple pavilions, and dining facilities to serve 350 persons. The camping facilities can accommodate 6-10 year old summer camp programs, as well as 11-18 year old weekend camping programs. The campus includes a recreational eight-acre manmade lake, featuring an outdoor amphitheater, boat dock, and an island. Our team worked closely with the Boy Scouts to develop a comprehensive master plan, followed by construction plans for phased implementation over a ten-year period.
