Chappell Farm

Chappell Farm is a unique mixed-use development located in Sussex County Delaware.  The project consists of 156 apartment units and 40,000 s.f. of commercial space on a 15-acre parcel along with a community clubhouse, outdoor pool, playground, and one mile of pedestrian pathways which are anchored by four 4-story apartment buildings.  The commercial space will complement the apartments as well as serve those in the area by bringing retail shops,  a pharmacy, and a gas station to the site.  Becker Morgan Group is providing full design services for the project including architectural, civil engineering, surveying, and landscape architectural services.   Our team has been a driving force behind the successful approval process for this one of a kind development in Sussex County.
