Becker Morgan Group was proud to support Wills Group in the development of its first North Carolina Dash-In location in Concord, NC, helping deliver an innovative new convenience retail destination as part of the company’s Series 3 store concept. What makes this project especially rewarding is the complexity behind the scenes. The site had previously proven difficult to develop, requiring the project team to navigate a highly competitive sewer allocation process, challenging grading constraints, a custom retaining wall design, and ongoing coordination around a 200-foot Duke Energy easement that influenced site access and layout decisions. By working collaboratively to solve these challenges, the team transformed a long-standing development obstacle into a successful project that supports Wills Group’s continued expansion across the region.
