This office building is the result of a highly collaborative design process involving the organization’s leadership team and staff members. The facility meets DSWA’s functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals.

Based on the organization’s operating procedures, departments were organized adjacent to each other to expedite the flow of information and create a more efficient workplace. Special attention was given to air quality and light levels based on the work performed in each area of the building, creating a healthier work environment. In addition to office space, the facility includes an educational component designed to accommodate school trips and learning opportunities for the community. The entire facility was designed to the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED Silver standards.
