Delaware State Police Troop 3

Comprehensive design services and development of project program (space needs analysis) for a 33,000 sf facility and 7,600 sf vehicle maintenance and evidence storage building. The program is based upon current and projected future needs allowing all Troop 3 functions to operate out of one facility instead of current operations, which are housed in two separate locations. Primary spaces include evidence processing and storage, holding area, criminal investigative and patrol departments, as well as a public community room.
