Becker Morgan Group provided comprehensive development of project program through a space needs analysis, full design services, and construction phase assistance for the 25,300 sf law enforcement facility and 7,300 sf vehicle maintenance and evidence storage building. The program incorporates current and projected needs. Primary spaces include departmental operations, patrol, administrative areas, evidence processing and storage, holding area, as well as a public community meeting room. Site area is nine acres, including on-site storm-water management features, secured staff parking and segregated public parking, emergency generator, fueling, and storage.
