Delaware State Troop 4

The project consists of new construction of an approximately 46,000 sf State Police Troop facility and a detached 15,000 sf maintenance garage and evidence storage building, including associated site work. Site work includes stormwater management, off-site utilities to be brought on-site including domestic water, sewer, power, and telecommunications. Other structures onsite include a K9 kennel and training yard, generator with enclosure, dumpster enclosure, refueling station, and emergency vehicle operator training course. Project is being designed to meet USGBC LEED Silver Criteria, but owner will not pursue certification.
