Easton Utilities Customer Service Center

The 32,000 sf Easton Utilities Customer Service Center houses the previously disparate support functions and offices in a consolidated office environment. The design objective for the facility, directly adjacent to historic downtown Easton, Maryland, was to blend with the historic fabric of Easton while providing a state-of-the-art facility to improve customer service and intra-office functions. Utilizing molded red brick extensively both inside and out, the building meshes the fabric of 19th century downtown Easton with the 21st century functions of a multi-modal utility service provider. All public access areas are located on the first floor, with the atrium providing a pedestrian connection to the street level.
