ING Direct Chicago Café

The first in a series of prototype designs for ING Direct Internet Cafés, this project was a 4,500 sf renovation in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The Café offers customers the opportunity to “Sip, Surf and Save” by providing free Wi-Fi, educational seminars, and direct customer service, while enjoying food and beverages. Becker Morgan Group was the Design Architect and BauerLatoza Studio was Architect of Record. The team worked collaboratively to create a facility that supports and promotes the ING Direct brand. This was accomplished through the use of vibrant ING orange and blue colors throughout, and finishes, furniture, and equipment that enhance the ING Direct customer experience.
