Maggie Way is a well-designed 300-acre residential community situated in an unincorporated area of Johnston County, North Carolina. The neighborhood features around 315 single-family detached homes, complemented by a dedicated amenity area that includes a pool and clubhouse for residents to enjoy. Designed with accessibility and traffic flow in mind, the project also included key offsite roadway improvements. These enhancements consist of left-turn lanes at the intersections of Buffalo Road & Maggie Way and Buffalo Road & Stotts Mill Road, providing safe and convenient access to the community.
