North Indian Beach Renovation

A transformative interior and exterior makeover to a beach home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Additions and renovations were made to the entire house, including enhancements to the façade to create a dramatic coastal contemporary aesthetic. The home’s interior was completely reworked to create a more livable and entertainment-friendly space. Additions to the residence included a rooftop observation deck, new main entrance, outdoor living space, elevator, and a third-level addition with a new oceanview master suite. Outdoor living areas were refreshed, and an oceanview orientation was achieved.
