Alterations and additions to the existing 18,000 sf Ocean City Fire Department (OCFD) Headquarters located at 15th Street. Additions totaling 2,000 sf included office space, equipment bay space, storage, and an exercise facility. Exterior building renovations included roof and envelope to aesthetically fit with the surrounding structures, eliminate moisture problems, and maintain protection during storm events.
