Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department

Ocean Pines is a large bayside residential community, located just 5 miles from the Atlantic Ocean. A significant roadway bisects the 3,500 acre community and impeded fire service. Our team provided response time analysis for the Volunteer Fire Department and confirmed selection of a new site in the north section of Ocean Pines. The fire station is 8,878 sf with 3 bays and includes a kitchen, lounge, meeting, bunk, and administrative spaces. As funding was a significant challenge, an economical pre-engineered metal building solution was selected.
