Robbins Hose Company No. 1 Fire Station

Preserving the original 1921 streetscape massing, this project included demolition of existing engine bays and construction of four new replacement bays with a second story firehouse addition. Remaining structures were renovated and a detached room was updated for a completed facility totaling 14,000 sf. Space for an archive and display area for artifacts and documentation of the Fire Company’s growth and service to the City of Dover was included.
