The Seagrove Clubhouse is located within the Seagrove community in Sussex County. The facility is a 3,800 sf clubhouse along with two, 400 sf outbuildings. Outdoor amenities include a 15,500 sf pool deck, 5,100 sf outdoor pool, fire pit, mail pavilion, bocce courts, and pickleball courts.
