4,000 sf facility serving the southern portion of the State of Delaware and housing autopsy, investigative, and administrative services. This facility functions as a satellite facility for the OCME’s Wilmington facility, enhancing response time and limiting travel distances for both family members and funeral service providers. The building is designed to accommodate current staff as well as anticipated growth, with provisions for future expansion. The project incorporates principles of sustainable design, but the Owner decided not to pursue LEED Certification.
