The Estuary Clubhouse

The Estuary Clubhouse is a 9,400 sf community amenities center that includes a club room with a bar and lounge area, conference room, fitness facility, arts and crafts room, locker rooms, and catering kitchen. In addition to the main clubhouse, the project includes a 1,300 sf pool house, a 1,200 sf pavilion, fire pit, outdoor bar, 25,000 sf sundeck, 1,200 sf kiddie pool, and 5,700 sf fun pool with three lap lanes. Additional amenities on-site include two bocce ball courts and a putting green.
