Wicomico County Courts Building

Located in a Historic Downtown District, the 54,000 sf, four-story office/courts building with two levels of parking was designed to blend with three other Historic County buildings. Includes four 100-seat courtrooms, administrative offices for judges, prisoner holding cells, police van sally port, processing area, security console and security cameras, public security check points, witness rooms, conference areas, jury rooms, secured designated parking underground, above-grade parking garage, vertical and horizontal circulation systems for separation of prisoners, and public and police judicial personnel.
