Becker Morgan Group supplied architectural, planning, design and construction services for this three-bay drive through fire station. An 8-12 member crew serves a rapidly growing residential community on the Cape Fear River. Spaces include a lounge, dine-in kitchen, and fitness/training rooms on an elevated, wooded site. Designing the new station on an undeveloped site required imagining the future neighborhood – aesthetics, scale, traffic – and coordinating with neighborhood development guidelines and review committees. Project is designed to LEED standards and was completed in 2025.
