8,500 sf facility for the University of Delaware College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The Paradee Center is a hub for educational programming for the University, business, government, civic, and corporate institutions throughout Kent County. The facility includes a conference room, two University of Delaware classrooms, two classrooms scheduled and coordinated by the State of Delaware, and accommodates University of Delaware Cooperative Extension staff. The Kent County Extension houses state-wide programs including the state renewable resources program, the state livestock program, 4-H’s Operation Military Kids, as well as numerous county specific programs. This project included the first geothermal HVAC system installation in the State.
