Civil Construction Project Coordinator

Basic Function: Oversee civil construction on projects.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities, included but not limited to:   

  • Site visits to inspect and measure existing building conditions and observe work for conformance with design.
  • Processed RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.
  • Perform CAD drafting of engineering designs.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong personal, organizational, and time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a group and on an individual basis.
  • Ability to analyze problems and work with a team to develop proficient solutions.
  • Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an Engineering or Construction field
  • AutoCAD experience
