University of Maryland Eastern Shore | University Terrace Residence Hall

A three-story, 312-bed residence hall on the University of Maryland Eastern Shore campus. Includes a two-bedroom apartment for the resident director, 146 double rooms, four accessible double rooms, ten single rooms, offices, centralized security/reception area, community lounge, community kitchen, student study, and storage rooms. The project was fast-track design-build with Wohlsen Construction Company.
