Becker Morgan Group has had the opportunity to work on numerous projects with UNCW over the years, including:

Alderman Hall – Renovation of the Provost’s office in the 1960 vintage building.

Burevitch Animal & Field Support Facility – New facility, with wet and dry labs, primarily used for processing field-collected fishery samples and performing necropsies on marine mammals.

Dobo Hall – Renovation of laboratories into faculty offices.

Office of Facilities – Installation of new HVAC system.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute – Renovation of an existing fast food restaurant into an adult continuing education center. Space includes administration offices, conference facilities, catering kitchen, and a large multipurpose space for 100 people. The project is located across the street from the campus, so the exterior was modified to be compatible with the main campus.

Wagoner Hall – Renovation of office space.

Annual Services Contract – Open-end design services for minor capital improvement projects:

  • Cameron Hall – Renovation of administrative office area.
  • Friday Hall – Renovation of laboratory space to include a faculty office.
  • Kenan Hall Courtyard – Renovation of existing 54,000 sf courtyard to include new elevated terraces with underground storm water retention, water feature, and exterior LED lighting. New accessibility ramps and stairs along with seating were provided.
  • McNeill Hall – Upgrades, changes in use, and alterations of existing spaces for the School of Nursing.
  • University Police – Feasibility study for new 16,000 sf facility.
