Wesley College | William & Susan Johnston Hall

Renovation of the existing 35,800 sf two-story Frear Building to accommodate the new Health Sciences program for Wesley College. The first floor consists of administrative office space and five new large classroom areas primarily used for health science classes, but also functioning as overflow class space for other college programs. There is also 3,500 sf of space for future expansion on the first floor. The second floor consolidates all health science faculty offices in one area and provides a simulation lab, assessment lab, three individual simulation rooms, an isolation room, conference room, home health lab for the nursing program, and a large computer lab. The basement functions as storage for the college.
